Thanks to the teachers and staff at Kid's World, Taylor was able to assimilate very well into a class with over 20 students without bahavioral problems. Taylor's scholastic abilities were well cultivated upon entering kindergarten. Kid's World taught Taylor much of what he has learned in his first year of elementary school. After trying two different in-home daycares, I decided he needed more than just a babby sitter. The Johnsons/Fishers Testimonial: We stopped looking when we found Kid’s World! We wanted to find a place that didn’t hide behind a Corporate Line. And this is what makes Kid’s World different from every other Center out there! Hands down, the best part of Kid’s World is that it is it isn’t some huge Corporation. It isn’t part of a large organization with voting members and a Board of Directors and stock and such. You don’t have people coming in looking for ways to shortchange the quality of the care to show a bigger profit. It also means that as a parent, if I am not happy about something that has to do with my child, I can talk to someone right there at Kid’s World and they will make it right. I don’t get a lot of lip service about how Corporate makes all the rules and an 800 number to call to try to be heard. One chain Daycare Center wouldn’t feed my 6 month old cheerios—even with a doctor’s note! The director said they were a choking hazard! That all ended when I came to Kid’s World. Not only do they listen to their parents, but they encourage the feedback—good or bad. I really feel like the reason that Kid’s World runs so well is because they take the advice of the parents and try to continually improve their Center. How many other Daycare Centers can say that? We tried just about every kind of Daycare out there, and we had to go with a Daycare Center. Now every Daycare Center talked a good show about how they were different, but when it all came down to it, Kid’s World had the most to offer for the best price (remember, they don’t have the Corporation overhead.) You may find cheaper options with a Home or Church daycare, but consider this! When church and home daycare are closed due to illness or vacation, Kid’s World is open. When the busses are late and school is delayed or closed due to weather, Kid’s World is open. When the schools are off for spring break or Flex Days or ½ days, Kid’s World is open. If you are fortunate enough to have family or friends nearby to watch your children in a pinch, then you can have another daycare as your Primary Child Care Option. But then again, if you were at Kid's World you would not have to worry about this! Richards Family/Fishers
